Blaster fouling plugs after rebuild

Would the tors be the problem because I unhooked the brain and spliced the two carb wire do I need to cut and spliced the throttle wires too but it could be the carb like I'm saying I need to get home to look at it I'm doing a compression test tonight

unplugging it on that year it is completly disabled. The wires wont matter they are not live.
i bet that cylinder kit you got is causing the problem...
however there is more to this story lol.
is the botom end you replaced it with a 4 or 5 wire stator? not that it really matters at this point?
get at least a pic/video of your carb/quad and post it

90% of plug fouling is caused by a too rich a fuel mixture.

Check the float level and make sure that the needle and seat is clean and cutting off the fuel supply.

The idle must too be adjusted correctly.

Set float level, make sure that all jets are clean and fuel flows freely from the float bowl drain when the screw is cracked open.

Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.

Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle. With TORS it is the big screw under seat on top of unit. With no TORS is is the brass screw midway down carb body.

Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a faster idle, 2000rpm+

Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.

Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs or until the motor responds.

Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .

Would it matter that he spliced the TORS wires together and it's not a 03-06?? I know you're only supposed to unplug not splice for his year, not sure if it would act up being spliced

no air filter
have you tried unplugging tors
stock exhaust the baffle can break off in the header take it off and shake it see if it rattle's.
too much gas?
take a up close pic of that splice job on carb and take up close pic of that ignition coil ground cable

was that your mom saying to shut it off? lmao:D

well i did take it off it did like sound like rice alittle bit hitting the sides. Also its the sputter sound that i don't know where its coming from. Where is the ignition coil ground? i have tried unplugging the tors same result

hard to tell sound with airfilter and seat off.

it sounds electrical all day,or carb/or you put piston in backwards
thats with you trying to rev it up all the way???
