kinda a newb questions guys :(

so i got the blaster back togather and well i fell like a newb for asking this even after taking small engine repair but.......

so i got the blaster back togather an now it wont rev past like pry around 3000 rpms. ive checked the stupid parking break senor an thats not it an the tors box as been removed an unpluged. the messed up part is the 03 blaster i have ran fine before with the tors unplugged but now it wont idle with it unplegged. ??????????? so i plug it back in even tho the tors box has been removed an it idles fine. wtf???? an now like i said it wont rev so im confused on where to even start. im so lost..

any help would help guys thanks a lot

03 tors removal is different, as the tors unit is part of the cdi box, so i'm not sure how you unplugged the box ???
you need to splice both sets of wires together right outside the tors/cdi unit, the set that went to the throttle, and the set that went to the carb, to fool the unit into thinking they are still connected

btw, if your's had a seperate tors box, it is not an 03+

spark plug???? u sure its the tors u upluged?

yea i know its not the plug... when i bought it from the stealership they said it was an 03 an the vin an title also its an 03 an has all disc brakes???? hmmm. yea it had a lil box that i unplugged when i first got it to get rid of the tors problems an it ran fine but now it wont idle unless plugged in. an thnak you for the link awk

And now for real answers I:I. Check carb vents, tank vent are open. Did you clean carb? Did you check that pipe/silencer doesn't have a three year old mouse house?

did all of that cleaned the carb 3 times since sat and mad sure the gas tank vent isnt blocked and also blew the who exhaust out as well cause i remmber my shee doing that before cause of a freakin acorn nest in the silencer lol so i mad sure of that

alright just got back out an worked on the blaster a lil more an now the biotch wont even start.. she turns over but dosent even want to start... compression us at 168 an dont have any air leaks. its getting fuel an getting spark... i did notice tho the headlight wont even light up when kicking over now,, could my cdi took a sh*t an thats y it wont rev and everything else??????

if you have spark then the CDI is still good, is the spark nice and blue?
