You can download the manual in the "general support" section
Go to rocky mountain atv and search for "crankcase splitter". The first one in the page should be the TUSK case splitter unit for $59. If you click on the case splitter it brings up the page. On the right side of the page there are "other items of interest" You'll need the seperator and the other three items on that page... the clutch/flywheel holder, crank puller, and flywheel puller. The total for the three items is ~ $150 which is about 2 hours at a motorcycle shop (not even close to getting your bottom end back together).
You need to go to your local dealership and order a tube of yamabond ( some prefer 4 but I like 5) and the two bendable washers for the clutch and the balancer shaft gear.
You'll also need a torque wrench but I don't consider that a "special tool". It needs to have a range between 20 ft-lbs and 100 ft lbs. Maybe a 3/8" drive torque wrench would be better but a 1/2" will work and are a lot more common.
Specific enough for ya?
