Yea my kicker grabs but then spins free like nothings there???gears or sumthin ain't grabing and spinnin the motor....also its hard goin into 3rd dnt wanna shift rite.....if a low fluid level can cause this??

Sounds like its time to check your clutch, what with the shifting problem... While you've got the side cover off doing that, replace the pinion gear clip on your kickstarter mechanism. Chances are it is broken or out-of-place.
This is a little wire clip which fits in a groove on the engine's case and clips to the kick starter mechanism's gear. If it breaks, your kicker gear won't always slide out on the bendix and grab the engine. You'll be able to tell right away when you pull the cover if it is indeed broken or damaged.

low oil could cause the 3rd gear troubles, possibly shift star also, but has nuthin to do with the kicker engaging, gonna have to pull it and see whats up, my sons does it once in a while, i have a replacement to throw in before this season
Im having the same problem with the kicker grabbing on the first kick then it dosent want to grab.. any more help??
Well I would say since your mad to just kick the sh*t out of it..........but you've already tried that. 
Braptor sounds more knowledgeable on the situation than myself. My Blaster does it from time to time, but it's because I moved the kicker location and every now and then it falls into a perfect "dead spot".......TDC I'm presuming and it won't kick unless I jolt it to move the piston around a bit. If you haven't moved your kicker, this won't apply to you.
