kick starter stuck

I changed my gear oil on my bike,I idled it for a few minutes and there after rode it for about 2-3 kms...I filled up fuel and rode it like 10m and it cut off as if it had no fuel. I kicked it 3 times and on the forth kick it got stuck in the up postion. It refuses too start at all

Any idea what could be the problem?

oh dear, so you cannot turn the motor and and kicker is stuck up? that regrettable sounds like a motor sieze.

did you notice any funny noises or smells just before this happened? did the back wheels lock up as it rolled to a stop?

this doesnt sound good at all... time for an inspection. did you run out of oil or forget to put oil in the mix?
