ok. i would start by checking all connections and grounds. if those are good, then look up the online manual and get the specs to ohm out the stator.

ya i did leak down dats ok, i took the petcock off n took the screen off n put inline fuel filter on it now it flows good. could i have a back cdi box or stater?????

I may be late on this but the pedcock on a blaster I'm pretty sure has a filter in it. I had bad fuel flow so I took the inline filter out an I got more fuel. I would suggest cleaning the carb good. Maybe replacing the jets jus so there completely clean an clear the a couple bucks.
