ok. just a quick question. got my bike all backtogether after rebuilt. went to start it and it was fouling the plug..toorich of a fuel mixture? it had a 145 jet in it its a kielin pj not sure what size? so went down to my yamaha dealer got a 140 138 and 135 main. threw in the 140, adjusted my slide needle to middle position..went to start and it started put it in first took off and it was boggy and sputtering. adjusted the needle to let in less fuel. got better but my needle was bottomed out and was still not running 100% took the 140 out and put in the 138 and put the needle in middle position. ran better but still..just a bit boggy adjusted the clip a bit leaner and its the best yet but still boggy on bottom end. im worried about going too lean and buring my piston. and i have no idea about what size pilot jet to throw in there? i have an fmf /fatty/pipe and pretty sure have some kinda aftermarket reeds. what is everyone else here running as far as jets go? any help? sorry for the story haha. thanks

hm never thought of that. i have no idea what pilot is in it. yeah cuz i know its just a stock rebore no work done or anything like that. and no matter what i do..just wont idle. looked at the guide thats here and just wont. is easyer to just buy a stock carb..or make this one work..if it will?

I'm sure you can get a stock carb for next to nothing from someone on here or off ebay.. Otherwise pilot jets are very cheap if you wanna play around with that and save some money potentially
