what jetting should i be using on my blaster
my mods are
Dyno Port Hi volume pipe and silencer
K and N air filter
air box lid removed

just go to rocky mountain atv and order a few jets from id say 290, 280, 270 maybe even a 300. put the biggest jet you have in and do plug chops on your way down tell you get it just right.

i currently have a vitos jet kit now
i have a 300 main, 30 pilot, and needle clip in middle position
it runs ok but there is quite a bit of smoke and some oil residue around
the end of the silencer what should i do next?

you need to plug chop to really know and put your stock pilot in. also residue isnt a big deal and you really cant tell by the smoke PLUG CHOP!!
that'sounds normal to me. do a search on "plug chop" and learn how to do one. that will tell the truth. really the only way
start it at 1.5 turns from all the way in and adjus it a little. It shouldnt be more than 2 turns out

oh ok i understand i was just kinda confused because the jet kit said to use everything that was included
ya jet kits are bs pretty much next time just buy the jets a few at a time and go from there
and did the jet kit some with a diff needle? if so would you sell it?

it came with the newer style needle so i looked it up and i found it was supposed to be better so no i can not sell it sorry
its a needs that just allows it more gas idk it it would work better with your setup but some set ups yes it would id run it that why i want it
