pilot jet should be set and determined with the airscrew, and should be done first as it effects the othee 2 ranges
turn it a 1/4 turn at a time starting at 1 1/2 turns out, try both directions and let the motor catch up for about 20 seconds after each 1/4 turn, the aircscrew setting is correct when the motor idles the highest, then under 1 turn out needs a bigger pilot, and over 2 - 2 1/2 turns out could use a smaller pilot
then turn it an 1/8 turn at a time till it will rev cleanly and rip sh*t up !!!!!
then recheck the other circuts, needle and main as like i said, the pilot is always pulling fuel, and will richen or lean the needle and main settings
