jetting for uni pod filter

im using a uni filter with my airbox lid off right now and i took the airbox off and put a uni 2stage clamp on the carb with outerwears, i currently have a 290 main and stock pilot whare would be a good start for the pod filter? i was thinking 310 and stock pilot still?

I love my pod! one of the best mods I've ever done. Run a 3" or 4" balancer tube and re-jet for it and its perfect.

What do you mean balancer tube?
I am in the process of getting "flotek'd" and I am putting on a little 28mm flatslide. The stock tube seems just a bit too small so I was going to use the old pod filter I had right on the carb throat.
Good or bad?

It goes in bettween the pod and carb, it smooths the air comming in from the pod, it will run better and jetting it will be easier. Some people make thier own, I'm useing a rubber adaptor from lows you can find them in the plumbing section.

American Valve at Lowe's: 1-1/2" or 1-1/4" Tubular Connector
