i just put in the tors eliminator and my blaster wont idle even wit the idle screw all the way in should i adjust the jet needle so it idles?

Nothing to do with jet needle. You need to cut some more off of the hole that you had to drill out where the idle screw goes

Should work then. You don't need to adjust your needle for this.
Have you looked into the carb at the slide to see if it's bottomed out?
You did drill the hole in the right place I'm assuming, you should be able to look at the slide and see if it's moving when you adjust the idle screw.
