jet needle!!

i just put in the tors eliminator and my blaster wont idle even wit the idle screw all the way in should i adjust the jet needle so it idles?

Did you remove the oil injection also? If so has the oil inlet been capped.

Nothing to do with jet needle.You need to cut some more off of the hole that you had to drill out where the idle screw goes

Should work then. You don't need to adjust your needle for this.
Have you looked into the carb at the slide to see if it's bottomed out?
You did drill the hole in the right place I'm assuming, you should be able to look at the slide and see if it's moving when you adjust the idle screw.

its in the right spot and it is in the carb plenty

So is the screw bottoming out?If it is you need to grind the idle screw hole down some.Thats what i had to do.

if i bottom it out the end of the screw is half way though the carb

Ok its going into the carb, is it lifting up the slide any?

Its got to be that you didnt cut the hole down enough or you put the slid in wrong.Also if you went too rich on the pilot jet

ya slide maybe 180d off. the cap wont fit on if it is. there is a slot on the side of the slide and the screw should face it

i think i have a 280 or 300 jet in is that too rich???? and i cant really grind the hole down any more
