Jet needle plastic washers

The two small plastic washers on the jet needle......one each goes above and below the needle clip correct? Reassembling after letting it sit for a few weeks and my memory aint the steel trap it used to be. LOL ...and the parts schematic only shows one. Just want to be sure. Thanks.

Actually, I have another question. I can't remember which way the that the anchor/receptacle for the throttle cable that screws in to the slide should line up when it goes on. With the third non-threaded hole in the slide left exposed....or covered up by the bolted down throttle cable anchor/receptacle? It will go on either way. Once again, impossible to tell from the schematic or the pics in the shop manual.
