Hey, I got the blasty back together...IT RUNS! and No airleak!I:II:II:I lol
well after replacing my oil seal I have the clutch back together and its too tight.....(i cant roll in gear) Any tips on adjusting it? Thanks

Thanks, I replaced Every seal on the bike, removed tors, put it all back together, I was sooo supprised when it actually started right up!

so you just need to adjust the cable tighter? i'm confused. if you used new clutch plates they may need broken in some before it'll disengage correctly, although they never seem to disengage completely...

Your supposed to soak the plates in oil before putting them in, it's a wet clutch. Mine was hanging up because i forgot this. Just pull in the clutch in neutral and rev it up and down for like 5 minutes to fling the oil. Either this or you dont have the pushrod adjusted correctly.

is correct.

or, take it apart and soak the clutch disks properly!

anyways good job on the rebuild. Always feels great when you have a problem rip your bike apart and fix it and then she runs perfect when you are done!

I know that feeling now lol, Well I said f*ck it, got on the bike today...put it in gear and let the clutch out...clutch feels great. dosent feel like it draging and i know for sure its NOT slipping, but she runs better than ever now. Thanks everyone for the help...and Thanks 305, for the leakdown suggestion. narrowed it down the the crank seals....all is fixed and all is well
