Soi was riding andit just stalled. I went to look at the engine and the spark plug was loose andthe carb cap was loose, so I tightened both and it wont run now

Check that you put the cap back on properly.
If the plug was loose it would have vibrated some, and may have broken or damaged the plug wire.

compression spark gas.
-does it have compression when you kick it over? if yes move on
/ now that you have kicked it over, unsrew the spark plug.
- look at it, smell it/ feel it. it should be wet from gas. but you have to be fast as gasoline evaporates. if yes it is wet move on.
- lay spark plug on cylinder and try to make it spark. Does it spark? is it maybe intermitten from lousy connections.

I have compression, im gonna do a compression test today. I also have spark, used a spark checker to check it. What should the compression be?
If your compression is poor, pull the exhaust pipe off and get a look up the port to see the condition of your piston and rings, if they are damaged you will know what to do.
After testing for compression and you have enough, and if you have spark, and the fuel train seems ok, and it still won't start, check your timing.
If it was an abrupt stall the flywheel could have spun and sheared the woodruff key.

Well my compression is 6 psi. Im gonna check the reed valve and then the pistion. Pullling it apart now
Sooo, turns out it was .60 over. Pre-bought job, now it is getting .70 over, i don't like the face that is bored over that much but I'll cope for now. This is sorta not in subject but i got a TORs removal kit and all it has is a carb cap and a cable... please help me out..
