is this normal ? clutch lever

• hey guys, i was cleaning my 06 blaster yesterday and i found this. the clutch lever at the engine. i can pull it out with my hands. is it normal or something wrong?

the spring seen in the pics is what holds it down and back in it's intended position, it hooks to the lever and other end to the case edge to put rearward and downward pressure on it.
once the spring is unhooked, the actuator will pull right up out as you are doing.
reconnect the spring and let 'er rip
