Is this cooling kit any good?

I've been wanting to do the watercooled head too , the cost has put me off , but would be an added benefit. Especially if you are riding long distances at sustained speed . And I also was thinking about the copper tubing idea and I believe that would help as well.
Earlier this year I looked into having a jug cnc'd that had water jackets machined into it , but the 1000 bucks was not gonna happen anytime soon .

Actually, the best bet would liquid cooling would be to get someone in the great white north to purchase a DT cylinder for you. You could use the radiator and coolant pump like is in that kit and use the DT cylinder and head. If the cooling jacket for the DT is in the bottom of the cylinder (instead of being a rubber hose off of the front of it), drill and tap the front of the cooling jacket for a pipe nipple and then you run it like that.

long distances at sustained speed should be when the blaster runs the coolest
