well if u stand and look on the ignition side of the blaster and at the carb about half way there is a post with a dip in it the is at a ngle weell that is where u will ld othis 2 get the kit or a idle screw and get a drill bit the size from the idle screw and drill on the left or ignition side of the carb dill comepleatly thro (make sure u take the cap and slide out) and get a tap the same tread size as the idle screw and work the tap in and out and then u need to grind about 1/4 inch off that post where u dilled 4 the idle screw and tap it agin to clean the threads and put it back to gether and ajust it and ur done hope this helps
