Is a big bore kit allowed in 200/300cc class?

if its 200-300 cc it should be..

and they're not very cheap.. but i hear they're worth it. though i'd just go with a port and polish.. but thats just me

when they say 200 - 300cc, I think what they mean is 200cc 2 stroke and up to 300cc 4 stroke. Usually a 240 bb won't be allowed to run in the 200-300 class. At least thats the way it is around here. As far as price, the cheapest way to go is to have your stock cylinder sleeved with an la 240 sleeve, costs about $250.00. A vito's kit runs about $525.00 and a ct sonic kit costs about $1200.00

Yes, 245stroker is correct. A 240 kit would be legal in the blaster class!!

Would be legal?? Around here it is 200cc 2 stroke or 300cc 4 stroke... I think a 240cc 2 stroke would be illegal in that class..

I thought he was refering to the "Y" class for 12-15 year olds.

in a 200cc -300cc class means 200cc 2 strokes and 300 cc 4 strokes, thats the ATVA santioned rules for a youth class, look it up

You could technically bore it out to .030 which would make it about 200.85cc... or to truly maintain the "under 200cc" regulation you could bore it to .020 to make it 198.9cc.

And
in a 200cc -300cc class means 200cc 2 strokes and 300 cc 4 strokes, thats the ATVA santioned rules for a youth class, look it up

Thats what i was trying to say as well.

that works too i guess lol but i think the blaster motor would definitely be easier to get parts for, but bike bandit has parts for everything so you could prolly get parts there too
