well all i can say is thanks for all the advice! Got this thing running great now. Don't know what the heck we did but it's good. We did the air leak test, nothing, good to go. Took the TORS back off, pulled it apart, cleaned and lubed it, checked the setting on that pin again and made sure it was in the middle. Put all back togeather and set the idle with no trouble. don't know if it was the clean up of the TORS or what but it's good to go, son's been riding it after school, starts right up, no more issues.
