thats a very general statement... they will help out on an engine that has too short of an intake tract.... i wouldnt worry to much about that problem on a blaster though.. reed spacrs have become more of a gimmik than anything anymore.. little knowledge is put into them.. they just skate on teh old addage that they add low end power.. MAYBE on some engines thats the case. but for a blaster.. they allow you to clear the clutch arm with a bigger carb.. thats about it..

That question could be answered with dyno results backing it up
I would not run a reed spacer, it will loose power
If there is a big response from the members, then maybe the R and D section will get added.
The engine section will be cleaned up from the same but good questions
