K guys, I appreciate all the help I got outta my last thread on the intake.

I figured out a way to do this.

I took a 3 inch long rubber coupling and clamped it on my carb. Then I took a 4 inch piece of 1 1/2in pvc and it got clamp on to the other side of the coupling. then i just clamp my pod filter over the pvc. The whole thing is probably around 5 or 6 inches. I thought it looked really good for just some cheap sh*t at the hardware store!

It costed me like $2.75 for the coupling, $0.30 for the piece of pvc, and $1.00 for an extra hose clamp. so what is that, maybe $4.50 with tax?

Thanks brandoz, I had to mod the coupling on the carb side a little. I just took the lip of cause the coupling itself wasnt grabbing on the carb when you tightened it....

i kinda did the same thing. but i bent my pvc to go around my rear shock and i made my intake tube come out by my seat so i can go through water. i am gonna take some sheet metal and make a base for my airbox
