Well I removed the TORS from my blaster and I bought the idle screw, spring, cable and cap from vitos. Installed today and I can't get it to idle correct. Seems to fast to me. I can put the screw all the way in and all the way out with no difference. Any ideas?

Thanks

It is possible that the cable adjustment is too tight on the new cap or at the thumb throttle. Make sure there is slop there or even take the carb off and make sure it slides down all the way. Did you debur the hole or also did you install the slide backwards so that it is hanging up. Just pull the carb attached to the cable and push the throttle and see what it does.

If your float valve was stuck it would either flood out or not start. That does not really affect the idle circuit, but hey who knows. Like he said take it apart, but first pull it off and see if it slides with the thumb throttle.

if the slide is stuck it makes a sh*t load of gas come in wen its running...it wouldnt cause it to flood...but you have a good point in wat ur sayin

ya thats what I said. Check to see if the slide is stuck so when the sh*t load of gas comes in it could cause it to idle high. Im just going off of the fact that I just put one in this weekend and so I know how he feels about what this could be doing. Not trying to argue with you blasterboy.
