Install oil block off

what all do u have to do to install an oil block off kit
on a 240cc blaster

The same as any blaster. You have to remove the pumpcover, pump and take the engine side cover off. You pull the sleeve and gear out the hole with pliers from the cover backside. Then use sealant/gasket screw the plate on. If using stock carb you need a rubber cap when you pull the line to stop any air leak. Disconnect the hose running to the tank and remove it.

no...It should take you about 20 minutes. And i bet Vitos gives you directions. there are also DIY threads on the forum telling you how to do it. Also if you already have a 240 kit on your blaster you already have the block off kit because you cant run the oil injection with the vitos 240 kit.

word. and i didnt buy it like that im just puttin the kit on there sometime soon
