My blaster I bought used from the original owner, and the ignition doesn't work, i.e., I can start it without a key, and I don't like that. I know someone could just roll start it, but I'd like to get that working again. Any ideas?

I have mine setup that way. Take off the 'hood,' the front black thingy with three screws, and you should find two black wires that have been disconnected. There is a male/female connector on them. If you connect them then you will need to have the ignition switch on to start the blaster. Disconnect that wire, and the key is useless.
On a Blaster the key switch is a kill switch. When the key is in the off position, it connects the blk/wht and blk wires together, grounding the ignition. If you want the key switch to work, reconnect it to these two wires, but don't connect the two together. You should find one or both of them disconnected.
