ignition problems

I have a 99 model with Vito's 240 kit and carb setup. Was running at Dumont recently and engine just died halfway up Banshee hill. Coasted back down, kicked it a few times and got nothing. Towed back to camp, put in new plug, and it tried to start, but wouldn't. Just put in new coil, plug, tightened some wiring, and still nothing. It did try to start, but I got nothing beyond a pop and a second of running. Changed plug again, checked gas, checked everything we could think of and still nothing. Even pulling it got no result. Compression is good, no obvious problems that I can see.
Anyone have any ideas?

yeah that happened to me when i first got my blaster... my carb was flooded...

take off your head and see what it looks like...clean ur carb, and air filter...
