Yes, air screw/pilot screw the same, the low jet or pilot is under that hole shaft where the air screws enters and closes, leaner in, etc. This is your low speed adjustment and should be changed by very small increments only(1/8 turn max at a time) and tested to settle.

if you are trying to adjust your idle that is done by the main air idle screw which is on top of the TORS unit accessible from under your seat.

Have you tried this adjuster screw yet? Does your bike still have TORS on it, giving access to this idle screw, etc?

yea still tors and have tried idle screw doesnt really seem to work how would i know if my pilot is plugged tho?

If your pilot was plugged bad enough to affect idle it will severely hinder low throttle sensitivity, take off, etc, would run real rough at slow speeds/accelerating off idle, and other similar characteristics, till it cleaned out on the high jet.

Assure your air screw is set all the way in till lightly seated then turned out 1.5 turns. if this does not help you could possibly have some sort of air leak, these symptoms would be common with a leak. All carb gaskets/seals/reed gaskets, etc in tact, good condition, set to proper specs?

okay this is what i dont understand when i took apart the carb i pulled out the adjuster screw and it was clean but idk if that is what im suppose to be looking for when im looking for a clogged pilot? cause look at this schematic it shows that there is actually a pilot jet and not just the adjuster screw??
Here is the link to the schematic

I know, there IS a pilot jet separate from the air screw, it is underneath the air screw shaft installed in the bottom of the carb, accessible from underneath once taken apart. I seriously do not think that is your problem but it is worth checking out.

As far as your schematic, YES, #20 is the airscrew/spring/seat you are talking about, but #3 is the pilot jet itself, that is what you want to be checking out for clog, blowing through with air, etc.

BTW,
Is your airbox/airfilter/breatrher hose clean and free from any obstructions, etc?

Def check the pilot jet, you should take it out and look through it. It has a very small hole so hold it up to the light.

Basically, you want to be able to spray carb cleaner through EVERY jet, air bleed, oriface, period, and have it come out somewhere. For instance, if you spray through the main jet, it should come out in the middle of the carb throat. Spray throught the pilot jet and it should come out a different hole. Air bleeds (that connect to fuel circuits) are in the filter side of the throat, kinda like little tiny brass jets. These and the pilot jet are very easy to clog, especially if you have had a prob with dirty fuel, bypassing the air filter, or have just had your quad sit long enough for fuel to dry in the carb.

yea i will defineately check that 2 night... i only looked at the air screw last night, tonight ill pull the actual pilot jet and beins im only 15 and had never touched a carb lol it was cake

ps main jet was clean clean

lol not handicapped just alittle intimidated and yea ill try and find that pilot and check it might take pics 4 u guys so u can see what im seeing

i took the carb apart last night i still cant find the TRUE pilot jet... im goin to kansas city till monday and then ill take it apart and again and try and find it lol

correct me if i am wrong but isnt the pilot jet the same as the air fuel screw......take the screw all the way out and wahhhlaaaaI:I

hello, new to blaster scene, but i do know that of your 2 jets the pilot looks different it is longer and has many cross drilled holes thru it! make sure that these hole are all clean as the pilot operates the first 1/3 of the throttle opening! and aids the transition to w.o.t.

ill have to take the float off maybe idk i have a appt with a shop to fix everything so it will be fixed eventually
