idle screw?

my carb has the tors removal kit but doesnt look to have an idle screw installed. where exactly would it be? also if its not installed how hard is it to install?

you can get a kit with the right drill bit and tap with it too

With you removing the T.O.R.S. if you got a new carb cap then there is no idle screw you have to install your own.
