My 2002 Yamaha blaster 200 will not idle what's so ever, they say that it dose not have a idle screw on the carb, is this true? would it be easier to just buy a whole new carb? if so what kind?
does it have the TORS box with wires on top of the carb ?
if so, the idle screw is accessed under the seat, lift rubber flap and look under fuel tank, it's a dime size straight blade screw.
there are other things that effect idle:
compression should be above 100psi, 125-ish preferably
float height in the carb, and airscrew setting, both of those have DIY's in the carb section
