Ok so when your riding it's fine but as you pull the clutch in and come to a stop it idles up. When I start to release the clutch it goes away. Any ideas?

When I start it up it doesn't idle high like that just normal like it should

Lube throttle cable and housing on bars. Check routing of cable that it isn't getting pulled when turning. If you have tors brick lube inside of there.

Should still do a leakdown test.

That's what I thought but you can start it up and it ideas fine. It's just after having it opened up and come to a stop.
Something I thought of to I need to change my petcock.
You may have the idle speed setting wrong, adjust as per specs.
im thinking it is my idle screw. I'm running the eliminator kit on the carb . I think I got it out of adjustment when tighten it up. I lost one by leaving it loose so made sure it was good before it got rode in the woods. And yes I do need to perform a leak down test on it. Where can I purchase one by chance?
