I tried everything

My blaster wasnt running right. Wide open it was only at about half throttle. I tried new plugs, checked the rings, tried new premix, tried different jets, tried different needles and different clip positions on the needles, tried different air mixture settings, cleaned the carb, tried a new pilot jet, tried adjusting the bowl, i tried everything i know of. Same sh*t. I believe the carb is just junk. Im getting a new carb and i have a new throttle cable on the way. Is there anything i didnt do that could cause this?

ELECTRICAL...heres a few other things to check,
timing out/woodruff key broke and moved outta time, the ground near the coil, bad coil/plug wire, or cdi box, things like this aren't always the carb?????

have you checked your reeds? Could have a bad one

when my reed broke the bike wouldnt even start, but could be cracked???

I checked the reeds. It has good compression and a strong spark.

i still say check the flywheel and see if the woodruff key broke and now its outta time, it'll still spark good but at the wrong time, did ya pull the jets and blow everything out, and is the tors still hooked up, << try unpluggin it if so???

cleaned the carb, jets, everything. tors is disabled. ill check the woodruff key
