Maybe you should do some research. I dont want to come off as a dick but with the information you are giving is just confusing all of us. And you dont have your carb or your exhaust on!!!!! How the hell do you think an engine is going to run without a carb or an exhaust! And yes call up Ken O'Connor and see if he can help ya out. He'll tell you the best advice about your problem. And he is the godfather of blaster engines.

Did you put new gaskets on every time you took off the jug or head? Did you put the piston rings on correctly? Did you get the correct size piston for the size cylinder jug you have? Are the cylinder jug walls damaged? What brand piston did you get? If there is a broken piston skirt piece clanking around in the cases, there might be a severe problem. Call up Ken Oconnor dude...
