Check any tractor supplies around you. Sometimes they have them. I'm spoiled, every store sells them near me. One place is a big distributor for them and they give discounts on 2 ton or more. I went in with my buddy and we bought 4 tons back in November. We got a great deal for that load.

i burned cheat river from lowes, every 10 bags filled my ash pan, it was by far the dirtiest pellet i have seen, and it was so low heat that i was going thru 2 1/2 bags a day when it was 35 outside.

That totally sucks. One time I got some North american pellets....when I opened the bag it stunk like pine, And they said they were hardwood.

Those things burned up so fast, I had the air dampner almost closed and they were still burning quick. Made a mess inside of the bun box. I had to chisel out the clinkers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

true its cheaper, but alot more work, and alot less heat, my friend has a wood stove and cant believe how much more heat my pellet stove puts out. and he has gone thru quite a few cords already plus running his furnace
