I messed up & ran race fuel !!!!

I thought it was a good thing to run race fuel with a air cooled engine????
because it burns cooler????

If the compression doesn't warrant the higher octane then don't run it. The added octane will take longer to burn off.

Yes, pitboss is right on the money. Unless you have milled the head which will bump your compression up your motor will run better on 92 octane pump gas. Our blaster was milled 30 thousanths and produces 160 psi. It loves vp 117
