I mixed alittle race fuel with my fuel , & melted the rings . The sleeve has no scar in it ! Do I still need to rework the sleeve R can I install the same size piston & rings ?

If the cylinder is truly not scared, it could be lightly honed, and new piston and rings installed of same size. You can pick up a small drill powered hone at most autoparts stores for cheap. If you need more info on honeing, post up and ask.
If the compression doesn't warrant the higher octane then don't run it. The added octane will take longer to burn off.
Yes, pitboss is right on the money. Unless you have milled the head which will bump your compression up your motor will run better on 92 octane pump gas. Our blaster was milled 30 thousanths and produces 160 psi. It loves vp 117
