i went to my grandmas for her birthday and her hband my grandpa died one year ago tommorow so she was really upset so she was like take all the stuff i still have of his. so i was like ok and i went straight to the tool shop. i went there and found every tool possible and i only took what i could get home. i got a brand new diehard drill with all the bells and whistles that my dead dad gave him for his birthday. and i got 3 full ratchet sets that are small medium and large. and full crewdriver sets and every wrench and toolboxes and all that and i forgot a sh*t load of other stuff and some i was too lazy to list. i really cant list it all it is too much

Basically, you have inherited your grandfathers tools. Undoubtedly he worked many long hard hours to accumulate them. Take good care of them and use them well, make your grandfather proud. They werent free, he worked and paid for them.

Yeah you lucked out with the tools. I am the only carpenter in my family and when my grandfather died(he was also a carpenter) my uncle(married in) snagged all my grandpa's tools. I was still a kid when he died but why would you let some guy who is going to lose and abuse the tools and isn't really related take them. All i got was one chisle and i use it almost every day. sorry just venting a bit
