i dont get it!

I have an 01 blaster just replaced cdi and ignition coil, quad will now run but once it heats up 5-10 mins it shuts down and will not start until completly cooled down, tors removed and clutch recently done.

did you check your jetting?

sounds like your jetting to me.....

did you check your stator sounds like somthing is opening up once it gets hot this sounds electrical to me check all those stupid bullet connectors yamaha loves to use on everything make sure they are all fitting to gether snug cause a loose connection will open up with heat

It's the stator, I had a CZ that did that.
