Hyundai Tiburon

Trying to get a Hyundai Tiburon. Love the car a ton, found some real good prices. From what I read online they're good cars. Anyone have one?

Yeah, the one I'm currently looking at is a GT. Pretty big engine for a small car. 2.7 V6.

Bigger is the Mitsubishi Eclipse 3.8 v6 .........Anyway, yea them tiburon are really sexy cars! sucks that they are Hyundai lol

my parents have had a hyundai elantra and a santa fe. we bought the elantra brand new in 2001 i believe, and its got 205,000 miles on it now and the only problems with it are the switch for the blower motor keeps going out. the santa fe has 100,000 miles on it and it has some small problems here and there but nothing major. so imo, hyundai's are a pretty good car, even though to me they look cheap. the tiburon probably wont be any worse, unless its been driven hard as hell

There not bad, but there just built kinda chincey. But that's why there so cheap new.

A friend of mine had a new one back in high school, it held up alot better then his Nissian Titian he destroyed. The titan went through 3 rear axles. 1 motor, 2 trannys a few sets of shocks and other suspension parts, frame had to be fix once or twice... He beat the living crap outta that truck. The tibby did better, well his second one did lol, nothing major broke on it. and after he wrecked it his dad got fed up with his sh*t and made his buy his own car. That one is doing alot lot better scene he had to buy it. lol

IMO I think a guy driving one is kinda, well gay.

The older Tiburon is a hairdressers car much like a mx5, the new 1 is sexy

i dont know much abiut them, but i have the s10 with a vortec v6 and a intake and i have raced alot of people. lets just say i dont get beat much unless its a v8, and i got my ass handed to me by a stock gt tiburon.

a v6 4.3L s10 isn't fast lol. a tibby is also not fast.
a tibby is great for a girl.
if you can get it for cheap and dont stand being looked at like you are a biotch, then get it.

well my s10 has NEVER been beat by anything except a v8 stang and that tiburon. its not that fast, but it will smoke any v6 mustang or civic

I've never really thought of them as girl cars... Don't think I've ever even seen a girl driving one actually. Now an eclipse or scion tc... That's another story.
