ok, i think blasters are normally closed ignitions and i got a pro armour normaly open tether kill switch, how do i wire it in, please help, i don't want to have toreturn it and get a diferent one, could i wire it into the stock kill switch wires, it has 2 wires on it and no instructions.

I've got a pro design tether that has 2 wires and I just stripped the ends of the wires and plugged them into my stock key switch wires.

mines a pro design. i'd think it'd be the same as yours as far has how it works. when the knobs out it allows the motor to run and when you pull the tether (clip) out the knob closes and kills the motor

what color are the wires from the key switch?and which wire would be ground on the tether switch both wires are black

i got a tether in the mail today.....i am going to wire it like 245 said.....and stephanie it one wire longer then the other

The wires don't matter as long as its the two for the stock key switch, all the key does is grounds out the system when its in the off position. So the switch you are describing as "normally open" should work fine, considering a blasty will run if u just unplug the key switch.

yea i got my tether like last week i just went and spent like 30 on a bunch of allen bolts for the pastics and whatever else i could find to put them.i alreadu have my whole engine with allen bolts to
