how to rate seller

I am trying to give a seller review and it keeps telling me the "deal url" is wrong. I have no clue where to find the deal url. anyone know how to do this. i appoligize for my computer moronicalism.

the deal url is the for sale add, go to the for sale thread then go to the address bar at the top and copy the url
