how to make my blaster faster

so would you just leave the carb stock or should i change it if i could get it cheap still lookin for a good pipe

i'd leave the carb stock for now. a 28.5 mm isn't much of an improvement. if you want a bigger carb, get a 30 or 32mm for it. i'd get a pipe and v-force3 reeds first

yup, increasing air/fuel/oil would only do you so much good on the stock pipe. the pipe is the most important, fundamental mod you can do, because all your engine's performance is based on what kinda pipe you run.
everything needs to work together. if you've got a nice pipe, you'll need to port to match the function of the pipe, then you'll need to increase air flow w/ a bigger carb and hi flow filter, then all this is overkill unless you've got the reeds to flow and control it......

I totally agree..Kurt

i got another question i ordered a 14 tooth sprocket and am looking into getting some maxxis tires what would be the best size for a 14 tooth front sprocket and 40 rear

Go with 18s or 20s in the rear...Not sure if you have air filter or not but Rockymountainatv carries the Toomey B1 complete exhaust also comes with a Jet kit and air filter and air filter box..I prolly would have went that route being that you get all that for $324 shipped and the FMF new complete is that price..I hear the Toomey is a better exhaust but doesnt really matter you will see a huge gain over the stock pipe you will be amazed..The exhaust would be the first thing I would do..You will see the most improvment in that area more than anything else other than the porting and polishing of the exhaust and intake..Good Luck!! Kurt

thats what i always thought too, but if you think about it .0whatever isnt sh*t. 4.0 or .40 is something to brag about. technically just plain old boring it is a waste of your sleeve.

ok well i need to get some new tires but i want tires that will be good for trails but also be good in the snow what do you guys think would be best
