how to get out a crank,

The only speciial tool that you will need is the flywheel puller, and a harmonics puller(case splitter). Both are inexpensive, about 10 to 15 dollars each on ebay.
To get the Crank out of the case, put it in the oven on 250 for about 5 mins, let the case get to 200 degrees.
then use a Puller. i used this one from Harborfreight.

to put the crank back in with the bearing on it, put the crank in the freezer and put the case in the oven and heat it back to 200 degrees. the crank should slip right into the case.
