Taking metal off the stock head doesn't make HP, just detonation.
Get a $60 rechambering done, you will be SO happy.

I'm gonna take off some of the metal and re-chamber it les aggressively, so hopefully the gives better compression and combustion
I'm know the pictures aren't the best but hoping that design will work... if not I have a new head waiting to be usedPost photos when done.
I know your trying hard, so please don't take this wrong, but what you have done so far, will result in NOTHING. Spend your energy wisely by boxing that head up and shipping it to Ken O'Connor Racing for a re-chambering. Seriously. You won't be sorry that you did.
Seriously, like Joe says. Read through the old posts about chamber and squish. We have worked on this many years ago and found the stock chamber shape is just bad. Milling and polishing will not make it better. It needs to be reshaped and Ken O'Conner knows what it takes and his price is a bargain for the power boost you will gain. There is no other part that will liven up a Blaster like a rechambered head, and it is needed to get the full potential out of pipes and porting.
We have been there, done that and have the grey hair to prove it. Seriously.
