how do i know its time for a rebuild???

im just wondering how do i know its time for a rebuild. the compression in my engine is 125 psi and i told that yamaha dealer they said thats good but i think there full of crap. so just wondering what i should look out for.

so, if he gains 30 pounds over the winter and the bike feels sluggigh when he gets on it in spring he sould rebuild it?

125 is good compression. anything under 100 is grounds for a rebuild.

^^^^hahaha^^^^^ nice, but as he said a compression test. my blaster is on the stock piston, and it still runs strong. im sure its due for a rebuild.
