I've been hunting parts down for this dirt bike and came across hp ratings and seen it has 37hp stock how can this be?the blaster is the same cc's just not water cooled.I know all the hp secrets in the automotive scene but how can these be so far apart with the same sized engine.also I have a dyno port header what's that worth power wise on these?do they respond well like the blasters do to mods?

yeah it's like the same thing with the dt200 which is a blaster water cooled motor. if you look at the tranny it as inlet and outlet tubes and a spot for the water pump where the oil pump goes. they are really hard to come across in the us. I looked into it at one point but no one really thinks it is a very good idea. mcdizzy.com has a write up on a conversion to a dt200. they make a lot more compression bc they have better cooling system to get rid of the extra heat. pretty sure it was dynoed around 30-35 hp
