How can I make my clutch pull much softer? Or new one?

Or if I lube up the cable and it feels better should I leave it at that?

if it's acceptable to you, then yes.
if still hard, a new cable at least, and one of those ez pull levers will work

If you are going to lube the cable, do not use WD40 or any other type of penetrant, they will work short term but will gum up and make it harder to pull.

Use grease or light machine oil.

i use dry graphite spray, it sprays in like a penetrating oil, but then drys to a slick film, that way dirt/sand/coal wont stick to the wet oily sprays everyone usually uses

You can disconnect the cable at the lever and the clutch arm. Get a zip lock bag and cut the corner off of it. Insert the cable end from the lever into the bag. wrap the bag around the cable and secure it with electrical tape, being sure to get some good wraps around the cable. Put some oil in the baggie and work the cable up and down till oil comes out at the other end.

a while ago a friend of mine and i went riding and i was having a hard time pulling my lever at the end of the day the next time i saw him to go riding he tossed me a new clutch lever for my quad it was off a crotch rocket it was an adjustable lever 5 different settings that basically do what that EZ pull lever does thats the way to go if you want a nice easy lever cables gotta be in good shape though

I wouldn't recommend the $19 ez pulls. I have had 2 brake at the perch. I would spend the extra. I pull the cable and clean it with brake cleaner to get the grime out before I re lube them.
