alright heres the story i bought the quad and they stripped the head off on the drain plug and i have to try and get it out ive tryed vise grips any 1 have any ideas:)

Take a dremal tool and cut a slot in it. Then take a propane torch and heat it up Use s big flat screw driver and turn it out. Our go to sears or NAPA and get a "nut buster" they pound on a rounded out screw and then you use a rachet to remove it.

my is rounded out to i half to pull my clutch cover every time to change the gear oil .. ill find away to get my plug out lol ..

easy out it. just buy a easy out kit, you drill the right size hole, then turn the easyout dril into it and it grabs it and you can turn it out with vise grips.

I have some of these guys, they work good, when you are turning to remove the bolt, they are gripping harder, they work better than the reverse drill type easy outs.

I had to use them to get mine out, and now I have a custom bolt in the bottom that I bet you couldn't strip if you tried!!!

Yes, they do work amazing, I used one again yesterday taking exhaust bolts off of a late 80s pickup that were changing motors in and doing some paint work to, cause the nut was stripped, and not only did it grip the nut, but it gripped hard enough and the bolt was stuck enough, that I broke the 3/8 bolt off using it! Thats grip!! Its fine cause were replaceing the bolts anyhow.
