how big is you breaker bar rebuild

left or right? you never answered me before.
got a full auto, just need the right arm to steer and give it gas.

or we could just get that bolt out and then work on my banshee

finally pulled the motor out yesterday. beat the sh*t out of the swing arm bolt to get it out. everything is off except the shock, i'll end up cutting it out.
How ever i have a new project I'll be working on.
95 Jeep Grand Cherokee transmission swap... this should be fun

Do you have a good LONG slotted screwdriver or a blacksmith drift? That and a BFH would take care of the upper shock bolt. If u do cut that upper shock bolt use lots of cutting oil. I found out it's made of the hardest steel of any bolt on the entire blaster.

Nothing new for the build, i have no motivation, i just need to clean everything and pick out the colors for the quad.
The stupid shock is out, I cut it with a sawzall

still looking for a right bend pipe

Slight update, if thats what you want to call it, I got the frame pretty well degreased all thats left is some small cracks and miscellaneous other parts. Then sanding begins and trying to figure out what part is going to be what color.
I'm thinking neon pink frame with some purple parts. Blue plastics :/ UNLESS someone wants to trade white or black plastics for the blue :D

that awsome you can work on quads in your house.

lol its in the back of the storm my family owns. It used to be an apartment but now its my workshop... if the quad fits through the doors lol

UPDATE! blaster is SANDED!! forgot how much i hate sanding parts, but when your in a pissed off mood it makes for short work.

For paint the frame is going to be a dark metallic blue, with could pieces (the steering stem, foot pegs idk what else) will be light blue, with black heel guards, lower a-arms, and grab bar. The motor needs cleaned BAD and once its cleaned i think i'm going to polish the fens and paint the stator cover.

I think i'm sending the frame to get powder coated along with the steering stem, foot pegs, heel guards, rear break, rims and my 450r rims.
My buddy said his uncle can do it for practically nothing, so i'm all for that

bad news... frame wont fit into the oven for powder coating...
But the rims and other parts will

As for paint for the frame...

Trying to get the feel for it against the Yamaha blue, if we think its TOO much i'll have the plastics painted black. Its a metallic, should look nice in the sun I:I

I checked it out earlier it's just hard to coment on something like color. I'm bias because i really like the color blue so I would just say go for it.
