Ok, I am thinking with the mods that I have done to my 2001 Blaster I should have about 20 horsepower. So what is the next move to get 25 without spending more than 300.00

wha? Mods list is an absolute necessity, or better yet. Click on "user CP" at the top of the page and go down to " edit signature". Type in a few lines about the stuff you have and then everyone will know when you asking something about your setup. LOL.

What kind of portwork? I would send the head to ken and have it moddified. Your probobly already closer to 30 with good portwork. Also consider a 28-30mm carb.

Proper porting, head re-chambered and a 30mm carb FTW! It'll be an awesome little trail blaster and kick some butt.

30 will work great but you will need to mod the tube from your air filter to fit. I'm running an OKO.
With the Maxxis 18's in the rear I took it up and down my street with my droid and was able to hit 60. it seems like this atv has alot of power and for my 13 year old boy it should only need more horsepower as he gets older...
