I know this is going to get mixed reviews. But im hoping for what you have had experience with first hand and what you know of products... im going to quote someone within this forums.. no names used. im looking for the best 240 stroker kit

heres what he said about the vito's

The problem with the Vito set up is that they shave the front off the piston to get their port timing. This requires that you run your bike richer on the jetting so not to melt the piston.

And this about the other.
The Airsal cylinder will out perform the Vito all day long Given the fact that the cylinder is ported very differently and that it also has a coating on it to disapate the heat better.

Now that sounds pretty good as well.. your thoughts please.

im looking for reliable DURABLE POWER. I will take care of my blasty.. but when i want to ride... its going to get pounded on a little.. i take care of everything i own but you get what im saying..when its time to ride.. you dont want to worry about issues. you just want to ride.

If I had the money in my hand I'd buy the airsal bb kit over the vito's any day. When you buy a vitos you'll spend another $200 to make it up to par with the airsal. For one the cast piston that comes with the vitos is casted CRAP! and they have a pie cut into them which totaly f-ups the whole thing, also the airsal comes with much better port work which can also be improved later on especially if you buy a stroker like you said. Just my .02

I run a ported vito's bb cylinder with a +3 vito's stroker crank and haven't had any problem's with reliability. As far as power goes, I'm running 14/38 gearing, +3 swingarm with 18'' turftamers and I can pull 4th gear wheelies all day and get the front tires about a foot off the ground in 5th.
Imo, no matter which cylinder you choose, your still going to want to get it ported by an experienced engine builder.

You can still port that cylinder and run pump gas, just keep the compression down to the octane range you wish to run. The stock version runs better than most of the ported cylinders that you will get from some builders. If you are looking for the pricing, you can call the shop as well as going to the site.

Go to the site and then to Factory7. Click onto the F7 store, there you can enter the Project Blaster store

i havent had any experience with any of these. bu ti have seen a vitos 240BB and stroker crank make 50hp. you can use your same cylinder, just resleeve it. buy a sleeve, have it put in. then have it ported. run a wiseco piston.....problem solved. why spend a ton of money on ct or any of these other companies? i bet some of them just resleeve a stock cylinder anyways.....CT doesnt im sure...if you want real performance, why hasn't somebody created a liquid cooled kit for a blaster? theres a liquid cooled cool head, but nobody wants it.....
