that might be a better bet, cause if it breaks, u can alwys buy another one instead of making another one. its hard to replicate what u made the first time exactly i tried doing it so many times lol

very detailed schematics... Mine are usually drawn on a piece of 2x4 or sheetrock or the back of sand paper.... and then get lost lol!
IIRC there is a tensioner like that specifically for the Blaster, uses footpeg bolt. I believe made by Charriot.
THe one video of it running was by itself, I just had to hold the choke. I'm building the exhaust right now but decided to take a break from it today ......
I have been super busy sorry guys. I've been practicing on our freestyle track before I go to playboy. I wrecked on our table top and messed up my leg. I have also been pulling double shifts almost every week ~120 hours every 2 weeks... Trying to get a KTM. I got a tubular header off of a snowmobile. It fits almost perfect I just gotta get an oil filter relocate kit.
